Buyer reviewMy husband and I started looking for a home a few years back and we had Doreen help us out then. She showed us many homes. Sadly thw market crashed and we weren't able to by a home. A few months back we were able to look again for a home. Of course we called up Doreen. We talked as a team with Doreen and our loan guy to get an idea of what my husband and I were looking for in a home. Within a week Doreen had found a house what is now our home. There was a few things we needed to do around the property to clear FHA, Doreen and her husband came over and helped us get the property up to FHA requirements. The sell had a buyer credit for closing early, so Doreen was able to get all the inspections done very quickly. All the paper work in right away. We received the max of buyers credit, thanks Doreen! Doreen Smith was and will be our realtor for all our house selling and buying needs. We are blessed to have a such a knowable, experienced, heart warming and fit realtor!
