Buyer reviewDoug Skaggs guided me through the purchase of my new home completely via electronic means--text messages, email, phone, and a video walk-through of the property. I did not see the property in person or meet Doug until the day of closing! Yet Doug's communication skills are such that I felt as comfortable and confident in the process as if we had daily in-person contact. As the process moved along I came to recognize and appreciate the wide range of Doug's experience, expertise, and knowledge of the area; he provided several recommendations that have proved to be beneficial beyond the purchase of the property. His suggestions and advice have been invaluable. He was ever patient with my many questions and respectful in listening to my preferences as well as my concerns. Above and beyond a high degree of professionalism, Doug has demonstrated that he is a man of integrity, trustworthy in every respect.
