Buyer reviewThe situation I was in challenged Doug to find a house for me before the lease on the condo I was renting expired (2.5 months). When I first contacted Doug on my situation, he went right to work and asked me to provide what I am looking for in a house, an area, etc. He also provided me with contacts for loan approvals, inspectors and all the documents that will be needed initially. Doug devoted many Friday afternoons to go and look at multiple houses. Doug provided feedback, good and bad, on every area of the house. He gave me the opportunity to contact him whenever I had a question or concern, day or night. I felt very comfortable and confident that we would be able to purchase a home in this tight time constraint. I will/have recommended Doug to multiple friends and any person looking to purchase or sell a home.
