Personal Profile

I'm Drew and I believe that integrity and sincerity are the keys to delivering exceptional service. Licensed since 2015, I have extensive experience in project and construction management. My wife and I drove across the country in the summer of 2021 with our dogs to establish roots in North Carolina. We love living in Downtown Raleigh. Being born and raised in Guam, I've found that the Island way is a kindred spirit to Southern hospitality. I abide by the philosophy of "we make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give". As an advocate for democracy in housing, I hold membership with the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) that was formed out of a need to secure the right to equal housing opportunities regardless of race, creed, or color. As an active member of the local NAREB chapter, the Triangle Board of Realtists (TRIBOR), I participate in meaningful challenges and legislative activities to establish fair housing for all. Additionally, I am on the Community Engagement Task Force at the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS®. Furthermore, I serve on the Joint Community Advisory Group for John Chavis Memorial Park, South Park Heritage Walk and John P "Top" Greene park bond projects. When I'm not working, I'm playing basketball, attending Raleigh City Council meetings, fostering dogs, and enjoying time with my loved ones.
