If you have an award for the best all around agent, it should go to Duane. He fought for me with the title company and stayed in contact with me through the whole process keeping me informed. The title company was very unprofessional and I hope you don't use them anymore. The title company was dragging their feet and making excuses for not doing their job in a timely fashion. But Duane was there to push the process through and keep them on their toes. I can't speak highly enough of the man he is and the job Duane did for us. He was AMAZING!!!! Duane was amazing!!!! He was on top of everything involving the sale of our property. Time and time again he went the extra mile to make sure everything was as it should be. Every time I needed to talk to him he was there. He did way more than other agents I had worked with in the past. He made the sale of our house easy in a stressful time.
