I have been married to my lovely wife for the past 28 years and we have 3 children and 5 grand children. Buyer reviewEach offer, counter offer, and negotiation was handled professionally and promptly by Dwayne Harrell Excellent rating tells it all. Dwayne Harrell was ALWAYS accessible (VERY IMPORTANT). Other agents seem to be hard to reach when needed. Dwayne always responded and acted in a timely manner throughout the entire process. Wish we could see Dwayne in all the agents with his enthusiasm, energy, and answers we needed to make decisions.

Seller reviewThe first time I met with Dwayne I could tell right away I could trust him to help me sell my mother's property to pay for her care. My mother had two properties and he sold the first one within three weeks. The second property was a little more difficult but Dwayne hung in there with me for a full year until he found a buyer. Unfortunately one of my family members interfered with the sale and I had to call the sale off. The prospective buyer wanted to sue but with Dwayne's help that was diverted. Once my mother passed I contacted Dwayne and he found that with the trust activated I could sell the property. Dwayne then helped me sell mom's second property again in a short amount of time at a better price. He is one great realtor and someone I would be proud to call my friend. Dwayne is a man that you can trust what he is telling you. He always works hard for the seller. Dwayne didn't have to help me sell mom's second property after my family member interfered with the sale. But he did and I am grateful. Dwayne Harrell went above and beyond.

He handled everything in a timely manner & was in constant communication walking me through each stage of the process--from lining up all the houses I wanted to see with little notice on my part, to negotiation of price, through closing. He is very easy to work with, helpful &!responsive. We just closed on my house (yay!) & I'm already working with Dwayne on another real estate deal! Thumbs up.
