Seller reviewI would recommend Ed to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. Ed was my realtor when I purchased my home 17 years ago. He was fantastic. He knows the area, he was extremely patient and help me get the home of my dreams. Fast forward, and Ed listed my home for me. I had already moved out of state and Ed went above and beyond communicating with me, meeting 'trades' people at the house for me so they could do their jobs, he went above and beyond helping me with the pool in the backyard. Most importantly, Ed knew how to price the home so we didn't price too high but got a great offer. I accepted a 'full' offer just a couple days after listing went live. We had a quick sell and closed within a few weeks. Thanks Ed!

Seller reviewIt was a very scary experience selling our first house, and in the situation we were, we didn't have much wiggle room when it came to a closing date. Ed was very knowledgeable and helped set our listing and close a sale quickly. Most of the paperwork was handled easily and through online form signing. Very few hiccups and when we did encounter one it was handled professionally and courteously.

My situation was unique as I was helping sell my elderly mother's house to move her closer to me.
