Seller reviewEd Fayette gave us valuable advice on the "must-do's" to prep the home for sale that my parent's owned for fourty-six years. Ed did this even prior to my brother and I officially listing with him. We took his advice, made some minor repairs and took steps to reasonably update the home, and trusted him with the listing. Once the listing went live on the MLS, Ed arranged eleven showings over a period of six days and helped us navigate multiple offers. We accepted a full-price offer on the property on day seven of the listing being live which was just wonderful and he successfully got us to closing in just fifty days from start to finish. He was professional, caring, gave excellent advice and was straightforward to work with.
