His knowledge of both the market/industry and in regards to actual home infrastructure (what needs to be done and how to do it) is second to none. He really works hard for you and on top of that, he's just really a nice and trustworthy guy!

My best friend sold her home and gave me Ed's name. We sold our home in Dearborn and now he just sold my Mom's home in an estate. I have no idea what I would have done without his constant help...I live up north and Ed watched over my Mom's house, put light timers in the house, made so many helpful suggestions...things I never thought of! In addition, he saved me money by guiding me through the things that needed to be done and the "not so important" things to leave alone. My stress level was high with estate issues so Ed gets an A+ for being helpful and patient with me! I wouldn't have considered anybody else to sell my Mom's home or my home.
