Seller reviewHE WAS AVAILABLE FOR ACCESS TO VARIOUS VENDORS, EX. PG&E, ROOFERS, CLEANERS, ETC. HE HANDLED ANY AND ALL THINGS THAT HAD TO BE DONE TO THE HOUSE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. ANY DELAYS WERE CAUSED BY ME AS HE WAS ALWAYS ON TOP OF ALL POINTS. ON A PERSONAL LEVEL, IT WAS EXPLAINED, AHEAD OF TIME, TO EDGAR THAT I WAS ON DIALYSIS AND COULDN'T DO BUSINESS ON CERTAIN DAYS OF THE WEEK. HE DIDN'T CALL OR DISTURB ME ON MY SICK DAYS, ALWAYS VERY CONSIDERATE TO MY CONDITION AND TO THE FACT THAT I WAS SO FAR AWAY. I WOULD HIRE HIM AND RECOMMEND HIM ANY TIME.

Buyer reviewWe wanted to see a particular property that was advertised on line, made an appointment by calling the local Century 21 office, and Edgar was available. He showed that property to us, along with many others on our first appointment. After looking at that first group of homes, we were able to determined the type and style, price range of the property we wanted to find. Edgar then "zeroed in" on that kind of house, and showed us many properties. He was always prepared with the information needed to access each property, and he was patient as he guided us around the area. Once we found the perfect property, Edgar helped with every aspect of the purchase. He helped us find the loan broker we needed, set us up with the title company, etc. He also nudged us along when we needed to get something done in regard to the purchase. Always polite and respectful, he was just the person to help us through the process. We would recommend him highly.

Once we found a home, he anticipated our needs and always gave us good suggestions to consider. Several times my husband remarked that Edgar was giving us the exact advice that he would use if he was buying the home for his own use. He also referred us to top people in the mortgage broker field and stayed with our purchase through the process of escrow. We have him to thank for making this a great experience! If anyone needs a realtor in this area, we will refer them to Edgar!....and he'll be the first one we will call when it's time to sell!! Painless and perfect....thanks to Edgar and his team.
