Buyer reviewNot only was Edie informative of the process she was there for EVERYTHING. The late night panics because we didn't think we offered a good amount to the last minute debacles we faced with closing. Not once did she show signs of being aggravated or annoyed with us. She kept us calm through the entire process and made sure that anytime we had questions she answered them fully. Edie is amazing. I don't think I can capture how easy she made this crazy process. I have gone through withdrawals from not seeing her every weekend. She is absolutely a house buying angle.

Seller reviewI have worked with Edie for about eight years for buying, renting, and selling a couple properties. Edie is the consummate professional. When looking for a home to buy, Edie took note of our needs however, as we mad field trips for showings, Edie was always listening to us and taking notes about what we like and didn't like. When we seemed to hit a block, she'd ask probing questions to motivate out thinking. Lo and behold, we found our "forever home". Edie is one hard working lady. She's wicked smart and if asked for assistance or and opinion, she provided objective, sound insights.
