Edna did everything possible to sell our home at our asking price. Due to COVID and a tough housing market we did not achieve what we wanted when we finally closed on the home, but that is not our realtor fault. There were a number of variables that ultimately caused us to accept lower than we expected, but our experience with her was stellar and I would 100 % use her as my agent again. I would also recommend her to any family or friends in the Southern Tier area looking to purchase or sell a home without any hesitation.

I am sure this property was the talk of the office. It was one crazy hurdle after another. Dealing with several family members, estate activity, passing of owners, title issues. God bless Edna Pauly for calling with the latest hiccup and then offering a solution. As the sellers it was our goal to get her whatever information and legal signatures required to jump the hurdles. As a family we are so appreciative of Edna's commited diligence to see this sale to close.
