Living in Richmond Virginia and selling my parents home in Tioga County, to say the least, I had some anxiety. Through a long time family friend Edna was recommended due to her real estate knowledge through out the county. We had a great interview during the second week of April, whereby Edna layout a detailed plan on how she would market the house to sell. As a result of her work ethic and knowledge of the market the house received a solid offer in less than a week. I have dealt with many real estate brokers over the past 35 years. She was very professional in every aspect from marketing the house to closing which occurred on June 26th .

We were preparing to move out of town and had a lot going on with coordinating our move. Edna was excellent and helped us with our timeline and got our house on the market fast as soon as we were ready. We were more than pleased when we had 3 offers to choose from within the first few days and sold the house within the first week. Our listing and sale could not have gone more smoothly. Edna is amazingly generous with her time and expertise. She has a very genuine quality of making you feel like the you're the only customer that she has. She takes the time to listen to what you need and what you want and doesn't show you 50 houses that might fit what you want. She listens carefully enough to give you exactly the houses that fit your needs. I highly recommend her.
