My house had been on the market for 9 months, prior to listing with Edna. When Edna listed the house, she priced it to sell, and brought in prospective buyers immediately. She secured a full price offer!! She was calm and reassuring to me during the sale, inspection, and closing process.

When I was looking to buy a house I figured getting a recommendation from someone who's already bought over ten would be a good place to start. My friend, without hesitation, wrote Edna's number down: "she's fantastic." From the moment I called Edna, she's been on it. Immediately listening and totally understanding what I wanted. We found the house quickly and with multiple bids. Edna expertly and kindly, KINDLY, navigated all parties, including the sellers, through the process. We won the bid at a fair price and timeline. Understand that some people in the process needed some guidance...I'm trying to find a nice way to put it, but to be blunt, she did everyone's job, that they're paid to do, and didn't. Maybe they would've gotten around to it, but Edna was there saying now please. Thank you. She's kickass and that's what you need when you're investing your life savings. She makes you laugh when you say "how much?" on this absurd fee or that. Have you seen closing papers? :). She calms you when idiots who are being paid to help you have an oops. Without her, you could end up on the floor crying saying what'a happening, but with her all is manageable and you smile. Thank you Edna!

Edna was very knowledgeable and professional at all times. We had some issues with the inspection on the first house we put in a bid for and Edna was extremely helpful and patient with the negotiation process. Once the first house fell through Edna jumped right in to ensure we found the right house for us.

Edna Pauly did a great job with my business partner and myself. She was always available and had the information we needed to make decisions on the properties she had shown us. If she didn't immediately have the information she promptly obtained it. I recommended Edna Pauly to my friend who was considering selling her house and Edna was there with qualified buyers and had the house sold and closed in a month. (True story!!) I can't say this will always happen so fast but it is a testament to Edna's tenacity and ability to get things done.

Edna is great to work with. She is professional, courteous, and gets back to you very quickly. She also fought for what I needed, and if she didn't have the answers she would find them for me. This is now the second purchase I have worked with her on and really enjoy working with her!

Edna was always responsive & follows through all actions/request to closure. It was very helpful that she had experience working with the relocation company previously. The process for selling my house was very thorough and she responded quickly. I would recommend her to anyone going through the relocation process.
