Seller reviewWe had used Century 21 Judge Fite before and were extremely pleased with the service and professionalalism they provided. Eduardo Caballero was our agent before before, and his service in the previous transaction was so terrific that we did not want to use anyone else. We knew he would give our property top priority and give us great service. Eduardo kept in constant touch with us about leads, open houses, interest expressed by prospective buyers, etc. We always knew the status of interest in our property. He immediately scheduled an open house for the first weekend the house was on the market. As the offers came in, he was extremely helpful in helping us navigate through the process of accepting the offer that best suited our needs. We could not have asked for better attention. We have used Eduardo to sell two of our homes and to purchase two homes. Believe me when I say that if he had not done things perfectly, we would not have used him more than once. I am an attorney and I would have immediately terminated any relationship with Eduardo if he did not perform at a top notch level. Everything went very smoothly even when outside events caused changes, such as moving up the closing date by several days. Eduardo was great about getting us the necessary documentation from the sale that we needed to close on the purchase of our new home.
