Selling a house while pcs'ing to a different state is guaranteed to be a stressful time. Ed made the home selling process a breeze. From listing to close, he took care of everything and kept us informed through every step of the process. He answered every question quickly and accurately. His knowledge of the area and recommended pricing strategy was on point. Would absolutely recommend him for any buyer or seller that needs a damn good agent.

We are first time home owners and we were a bit nervous about the entire process. A good friend of ours recommended Edward Hoke to be our realtor, and we're so glad we contacted him! He wrote us back right away when we first reached out, and went above and beyond to show us a house in Sneads Ferry to show us a finished home with the layout we wanted just so we could see a finished version. We then landed on a house with that layout in Jacksonville that was still in the building process, and he went above and beyond again reaching out to the builders for us to see if we could customize a few things even though it was technically "too late" for that per the builder's paperwork we had already signed. He went out and sent progress photos for us as we're currently out of state, and he did a walk through when it was finished via FaceTime. He answered any questions we had and we felt confident the entire time working with Ed.
