Eddie reached out to me out of the blue after selling my uncles house a while back. He was very informative and patient. I felt comfortable with him and he was very straightforward and down to earth. He was honest. He was not pushy and I told him I wanted baby steps. He walked through everything with me with patient explanation. We actually became friends on a professional level. Now he will sell my moms home too, which I will venture into next.
