Eileen specializes in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties, but has done transactions from Vero to Homestead. A resident of Palm Beach County for 30 years now residing in Martin County she knows the area very well. Eileen keeps her finger on the real estate pulse daily. Seller reviewI sold my Florida villa with Eileen McFadden because I know her personally and know her strong work ethic. She is a go getter and gets the job done. I had not dealt with the sale of a property in decades, Eileen explained everything to me and recommended that I contact my accountant so that I understood what was involved with capital gains when selling my vacation home. She presented me with an in-depth report showing what I could expect to sell my home for saying that pricing would be so important for a great outcome and quick sale. The home sold quickly. She negotiated for me when the buyer was asking for a large sellers cedit, we gave no credits. The appraisal came in short and Eileen was able to navigate and negotiate for me to get $4000 over the appraisal value. She had my back the whole way and led me through the entire process. Simply put, she is a true professional and knows her stuff. I would certainly recommend Eileen to anyone wanting to buy or sell their home.
