My Father and Mother had moved to an Assisted Living Facility, so we were selling their home. Neither my brother nor I live in the Dover area. Eileen did an excellent job. She was with us every step of the way. She met us at our convenience and carried on text and email communication that kept us informed when we were not able to meet. She observed proper COVID protocols. The sale went exactly as she told us it would, and she provided advice on negotiations of the contract that saved us money and led to a speedy sale.

Eileen was an excellent agent. She guided me on what to do to my property before we listed it to make it more marketable. Once listed, she had my property under contract within 2 days of the open house. When the deal fell through she did not panic. She gracefully reached out to the other individuals and agents who had made offers for a best and final and once again had the house under contract within 2 days. I ended up selling the house for over $20,000.00 olmore than my asking price. She was knowledgeable, knew how to drive foot traffic in, and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her expertise and will be using her again.
