We are friends with Eileen and know of her great local reputation as a realtor. We know Eileen from church as she is a member of our congregation. When we told Eileen we were going to sell the manse, she immediately said she could help us. Eileen provided our board of trustees with the information we needed to correctly price the house for the current market and how best to prepare the house for sale. We attended one of the open house showings and were impresses with the people Eileen had on site so she could offer mortage information to potential buyers. It was a first class open house. We only dealt with Eileen because we personally knew her and she handled all f our problems.

I had contacted Eileen quite a number of years back when looking to purchase a home for my mother. The purchase did not work out at that time, but since then, I had continued to contact Eileen through the years to assist me with a home purchase for my mom. She is very personable and she and I just clicked in terms of my needs for my mom. She really had my best interest in mind and also made things very easy. The biggest joy was that she was not pushy and she did not give up on me when prior places did not work out.

Mrs. Beigley has been personally working with me for a little over a year. She has been very patient, and kind. She worked with me and made accommodations such as taking me to my destinations because i dont drive. It's thanks to her and Corey my family and i now have a place to call home after the past 7 years of moving around.
