Seller reviewElaine had been on top of local sales and listing dates and took it upon herself to call me and requested an interview to help me sell my condo now that my previous broker's contract had run out. She was one of three people that I hoped would sell my condo for me as it had been on the marker for 15 months, using two other agents. Elaine sold my condo in two months! She was always there to answer my questions and give me feedback from showings. I highly recommend her as a realtor. Elaine always presented herself with confidence, knowledge, and professionalism. She kept me in the loop on what was happening in reference to the closing and answered all my questions, even if they were repetitive, due to my nervousness about the sale going through.
