You could say I'm a "little bit Yankee and a little bit Y'all." I was raised in New Jersey and got my drive and strong
work ethic from my middle-class parents. I lived there, worked in New York City for two airlines, and had my two
lovely daughters before moving my, then very young, family to Greenville, North Carolina in 1979. I have since
worked as a full-time professional in Pitt County and its surrounding area real estate markets for 41 years. I was
privileged to have been involved in assisting buyers and sellers as well as serving as a Broker-In-Charge, manager,
recruiter, trainer, and relocation coordinator for two realty companies. For 28 of those years, I was also a full
partner/owner.
I focus all of my energy on guiding clients looking to fulfill their real estate goals. To deliver exceptional results, I
use my knowledge, professionalism, honesty, and skills and experience in finance, contracts, negotiation, and
marketing to your best advantage. My extensive referral business is testimony to my skill as a trusted advisor. I
have a complete understanding of the complexities that go along with a move or sale and will work hard to ensure
a seamless process. Your success is my success!
I believe in giving back to my community. Along with my company's donations, I personally contribute a portion of
every sales commission to Easterseals UCP North Carolina. I actively participate in the work of local charitable
organizations to support those in vulnerable communities as well as real estate associations to support my fellow
real estate professionals. I live by my motto: Treat others as you would have them treat you.

Elaine was thorough and followed up on all aspects of selling our current home as well as all aspects of our purchase on new home.e Elaine never gave her opinion or told us what she would do. She made suggestions or recommendations and let us (the buyer/seller) make the final decision. Buyer reviewFrom our first phone contact, we were impressed with Elaine's willingness to help us when we had such a limited budget and low commission potential. Throughout the process, we were treated with respect and with real concern for our situation and special requirements. Elaine took time to provide a tour of the areas surrounding properties and of the Greenville community in general which were helpful in making our decisions. She had an amazing packet ready for our visit that contained photos and details on each property from MLS. As we focused on particular homes, she provided wise observations about pros and cons of each property. When we narrowed down, she helped us to consider factors that we had downplayed in our initial search that turned out to be critical to making our final choice. When we asked which of ten properties she would most want to list in six months, she named the most expensive one first then shocked us by naming the least expensive one second! She provided detailed explanations for her choices. She was several steps ahead of us at each point in the process, helping keep us calm as we negotiated price and inspection fault resolutions. She guided us to experienced and honest professionals to help with repairs and estimates of future repairs. Elaine was by far the best prepared, most professional and wisest real estate agent with whom we have ever dealt. Every text and email received a prompt, thorough response. She was particularly helpful with our needs as elderly persons and very patient with our questions. In each category, Elaine is top-flight. Simply above and beyond the call of duty in every service she offered. We have already recommended her to a family member in the process of finding a home. We feel very fortunate to have received her fine services. Highest recommendation.
