A 30 year career agent, Elaine is a native of the area which gives her the knowledge and expertise of the area which she feels is very important if you are trying to help others make a decision. As many of her clients say, "Looking at homes and properties with Elaine is fun because she knows so many stories about what used to be there and what happened back when!"
Elaine has earned many awards during her real estate career. She has been awarded the Centurion Award by the Century 21 system for 15 different years, an achievement that when accomplished in one year alone puts her in the top 2% of real estate professionals. Elaine is a recipient of the Century 21 Masters Hall of Fame Award, of which she is the most proud. She has also earned numerous Diamond and Emerald Awards along with Quality Service Awards and Stanly County's Top Selling Real Estate Agent.
Elaine enjoys spending time with her husband Russ, children, and grandchildren. Besides family, friends, church, and a few clubs & organizations, Elaine spends most of her time helping people buy and sell homes. Elaine says, "I am so blessed to be in the profession I am in, helping others to make one of the most important decisions and transitions of their lives. It is also a pleasure to be a service to my community in a capacity that helps so many."

Her experience and dedication to selling the property was excellent. She took all of the worry and stress off of us selling the property. Seller reviewElaine contacted us about the potential sale of our land in Mt. Gilead located behind the home she represented as the agent. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us to make a decision about whether or not to sell the piece of property, as well as the asking price for its sale. Although the first couple of potential buyers did not work out because they decided not to buy the house, Elaine was encouraging to us that at some point she thought the house and our land would sell. She kept in touch with us and let us know she had not forgotten about us. When a buyer for the house emerged and indicated that they were interested in buying our land, Elaine let us know immediately so that we could decide upon an asking price for the land. She kept us fully apprised of how the sale of the house was progressing and let us know the approximate timetable for the process. We never had to question or worry about any aspect of the sale. We could not have asked for anyone better than Elaine. Because my sister and I don't live in Mt. Gilead, we communicated with Elaine via phone, texting, and email. She was wonderful in keeping us completely informed and up-to-date about each aspect of the land sale. As I have mentioned previously in this survey, Elaine was absolutely the best. We are very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with her. If I ever wanted to buy a home in the Mt. Gilead area, I would definitely call Elaine to help with all aspects of the process. And I would also definitely recommend her to anyone else.
