Seller reviewI was dreading the sale of my home in this sluggish market, especially having had bad experiences with other agents in the past (none of whom were with Century 21). However Elaine Viccars made the whole process easy on me. She worked so hard, kept on top of everything, and was so personable, I consider myself lucky! I am glad she chose the refrigerator magnet calendar with her name on it as a marketing campaign - great idea! I remember about two years ago when I got the second magnet, knowing I wasn't going to stay in my condo forever, I hung onto it. I figured, hey, if this woman is soliciting my business in this slow market with something useful like a magnet, then she is going to get my business:-)
