She is the best realtor I've ever worked with, and I've purchased over 25 homes in 3 states since 1996 Elaine is a shrewd and competent negotiator. In addition, her attention to detail is unparalleled. Real estate is easy for her and her memory is astounding. We have asked her questions about a closing we had with her 5 years ago, and she forwarded contracts and information that we asked for in minutes. I can't say enough about Elaine. Having worked with numerous realtors over the years, none is even close in comparison with her. There is nothing she isn't knowledgeable about. She has a quick answer for everything, and if, by chance, she doesn't have the answer immediately, she will certainly have the answer soon.
