I have been an active member of our real community for 24 years. A Broker-Associate with Century 21 Hometown Realty. My mantra my entire life has been: Anything worth having, is worth working hard for. I bring that strong work ethic with me every day. I am driven, a self-starter and always striving to learn. I am passionate about what I do, and my clients always come first. I also have always felt a strong duty to serve. With a passion for service in the Santa Barbara County area, I am ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. In addition to selling real estate, I also co-own a local roofing company which I have ran with my husband and son for the past 17 years. My top priority is making sure my clients' goals are achieved and I will work hand in hand with you to navigate the process and achieve great results for you. When I'm not making homeownership dreams come true for my clients, I enjoy spending time at the beach or just hanging out in the backyard at the pool bbqing with friends and family and going on vacation with my family seeing different parts of the world. I live on the beautiful central coast with my husband, son & 3 fur babies...

We ran into numerous issues during the purchase of our new home-as one would expect-but Elisabeth was there each time to reassure us and work with the lending and contracting companies to take the burden and stress off our plates. We found Elisabeth randomly while in town looking for homes, and from the first showing to the day we received our keys, she was working hard for our interests. I would absolutely recommend Elisabeth Braithwaite and Century 21 in Lompoc to friends, family, and anyone else looking for a reco, and I'm sure this won't be the only time we work together.

Seller reviewElisabeth took the time to make sure all of our needs were met with selling our house while we lived out of state. She always kept us informed on the status of selling the house. It was a difficult time while selling the house and she was right there for us. Everything was done wonderful. Being that we lived out of state while selling the house, Elisabeth made it easy to sign documents online and if i had any questions would be willing to help me thru any documents Being out of state, she was always available to answer any questions I might have. If I had to leave a message, she always returned my call in a timely manner.
