All four situations were different in many aspects but her commitment and communication are always outstanding. Buyer reviewElisabeth falls in a rare group of real estate agents that feels very personable, is more than happy to be honest with you, and has a great of patience. When we started looking for a potential investment home, we weren't 100% sure what it would turn out to be but working with Elisabeth with her knowledge and experience gave us a boost in making the decision that was best for us. Can't see myself working with another agent - I'm afraid the bars been set really high.

Buyer reviewHaving moved to Indianapolis after 24 years in Germany, Beth was a blessing to us! We saw a house on Zillow and called to see it and Beth was the agent who assisted. We were a bit disappointed in the house so Beth said she could assist us and we were quite comfortable with her from the onset. She lined up properties to view the next few days. She very willingly set up veiwings for houses we sent her. She was super supportive, meeting up with us a couple days a week, very flexible that weekend, and always very professional. Beth was very courteous and quickly honed in on what we were looking for. Within 2 weeks she shared great news that our offer on a home was accepted! From there her dedication to us was amazing as she raced to obtain estimates depsite it being only days before Christmas! With some of the estimates we were a little concerned but she gave a reassuring call that the home inspection was very good and we closed in less than a month. She's very trustworthy and amazing!

She talked to us through every step of the process and answered every question we had. We also always felt confident that we could get ahold of Beth if we needed to. She understood our needs when buying a home and made sure that the process went as smooth as possible through phone calls, written resources, and expertise. The best part about working with Beth was that we genuinly felt that she was much more interested in us finding a home that we would be happy in, rather than just adding to her book of business. I will be recommending Beth to everyone I know who is interested in the Indianapolis real estate market.
