In the heat of the day, Elise Echols walked several blocks to guide us in two 26' U-Haul truck pulling auto transporters to the office. All of this with a smile on her face and such a pleasure to speak with.

She also handled the buying of our new house very professionally by continually following up with the sellers realtor and relaying the information to us.
