I am out of state & Liz did so much over & above what any other agent would do. I had carbon monoxide detectors & smoke detectors delivered to her house & she had her son help her & they installed them for me. She sat in the empty house for hours waiting for the fire inspector to come so we could get the permit. This is a SFH with an attached one bedroom apt. Liz advertised it in different ways: as a home with an in-law unit, as investment property & as a SFH in a nice neighborhood with income potential & that was how she sold it. The buyers wanted investment property. Liz ran a fine line between buyers who wanted everything and a seller who didn't want to give them anything but she did so successfully although it was a stressful ordeal for all involved. But Liz was always the optimist and in the end it sold!
