Seller reviewWe explained that we needed to sell the house quickly and what price we needed to sell it for. Beth mapped out a plan to make it happen. She had to leave the country for a couple of days during the first week and we were always able to text her and ask any questions. She was always positive and upbeat. She made it happen. We felt we could trust her opinions and she got the job done and sold our house in less than a week. She did two open houses immediately and got the exposure we needed. We had 5 offers after our open houses. Beth was great to work with. She was always in communication with us and it made the closing go smoothly.
