Seller reviewElizabeth Montoya....is there a stronger adjective than excellent?The experience with her on a previous sale sold me on her personal real estate experience and her knowledge of handling estate sales. Most important for me was her attitude and finesse with handling difficult relationships surrounding a sale. I always walked away with the feeling of "win-win" for all parties involved. Especially on this last sale of our childhood home of 60 years, it was so appreciated we could have a meeting over sale details and then I could walk away thinking that Liz had everything in control and I could rest and concentrate on the letting go process. A side note...Liz is funny! Many times the comedy relief was so wonderful that I knew I would keep moving forward! Thank you Liz! I will keep your business card for the next life transition! I do want to mention the city was San Antonio and not San Angelo! Easy fix! If it even matters!
