Seller reviewLiz was very knowledgeable, extremely personable, was always available when we called to have questions answered. After living in the home for 38 years we were very anxious about the selling process but Liz made it a satisfying experience. Liz is highly professional and very friendly, we would recommend her to anyone because she did an outstanding job selling our house!

As a first time home buyer, Liz was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable with me though my home search which made the process so much easier for me. She was always willing to show me houses around my schedule on nights and weekends. She remained available to answer questions I had in a quick manner. One thing I really appreciated about Liz was her ability to meet me where I was at and help me find a home which was in my price range and met my needs even when I wasn't sure what I was looking for. Liz pays very close attention to detail and was able to explain and give recommendations when drafting an offer. Even after my offer was accepted, Liz checked in and communicated with me on any updates regarding my home. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Liz.

Buyer reviewWe attended an open house and she followed up several times with us, no pressure, sincerely listening to what exactly we were looking for. We appreciated the contact and follow through. Liz is extremely efficient, accurate, pleasant, knowledgeable and listens...does not make a client feel pressured. We really appreciated her expertise. We were bidding against another party and were able to get a signed contract the same day. If she had dropped the ball in any way, we would not be living in our dream home right now! She deserves the credit. Her expert negotiation skills - and the way she was able to completely focus on our transaction on a moment's notice really made the difference. We would highly recommend Elizabeth Thompson for all real estate needs. We were so impressed with the way that she negotiated our purchase that we selected her as our listing agent to sell our current home. She has always been available, very prompt to answer questions and had professional photos taken of our home which were so amazing. She is very professional and has always been respectful of our needs.

Instead of trying to up-sale for a bigger commission, she worked with our needs. She was available anytime to answer questions. When Liz said she would do something, she did it promptly and with success. We loved her honesty and opinions which guided us in the correct direction. She was able to share the positives and negatives in each house we looked at. Lastly, she has a great sense of humor. This sense of humor helped us feel comfortable with each other and just help with our working relationship. Liz was not only professional but enjoyable to work with. The most important thing we liked about Liz was her professional way of knowing she was working for us and for our happiness, not her happiness. This was not a huge commission house, but she worked with us like it was. When we finally signed everything, I really felt her enthusiasm and happiness for us. It was a genuine happiness which just made our purchase more enjoyable. We would recommend Liz Thompson, and we will be working with her if needed in the future.

She was also very helpful when we were put together the offer and negotiating with the seller. Liz was polite and patient during the entire process. During a downtime while working on our financing she was patient and was willing to answer any questions we had. Throughout the process Liz was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Liz if you are buying or selling a property.
