Seller reviewEllen was extremely knowledgeable about properties in the area, comps, issues, etc. She was VERY patient with me as I struggled to decide if and when to sell my beloved cabin. She pushed me appropriately on realistic pricing for the sale, reached out to county officials on zoning questions, had great recommendations for repairs after the inspection, etc. I would absolutely recommend her.

Seller reviewI had contacted another agent in Rice Lake who is well-known in the area, on billboards, ads---well everywhere. I decided to check her out but felt I was treated like a "number" and was kept on hold a couple times when trying to talk with her on the phone. When she checked out the property I wanted to sell, she was less than sympathetic with my situation, and I felt my situation was not respected. Then I met Ellen. Ellen was enthusiastic from the get-go. She understood that the property I wanted to sell (my father's who had recently passed away) was close to my heart and that I wanted the process to be sensitive to that. Ellen's communication was perfect, as she guided me through every step of the process and kept me informed always. She operated as if it was HER home, not just a client's. Ellen might not be on every billboard in the area, but she will give you personalized service and enthusiasm when it comes time to sell or purchase a property! I highly recommend her. We didn't wind up buying that property but stayed with Ellen because she was so incredibly competent and personable. We always felt that she represented the buyer fairly but also only wanted to sell us the property that was right for us. She kept us informed, stayed in touch without being pushy and ultimately found us the house of our dreams! Not only does Ellen have a thorough knowledge of the area but she also provided us with reputable referrals for local services which has proven to be invaluable as this is our second home.
