I am truly thankful for Ellen. I spoke with multiple other realtors in the county and I had experiences beforehand being mislead, dealing with aloof or unmotivated agents, until finding Ellen. This was my first experience purchasing property and every question I had, which were a lot, regarding land building restrictions and permits, negotiations, closing etc. were all answered with patience and determination to help me feel comfortable and understand more deeply. Ellen knows the county well and will do her best to refer you to highly regarded contacts if you need any further work after or during your purchase. I highly recommend Ellen and will be using her to refer to friends and family planning to purchase in the county so they can have an easy and helpful experience too.
