Buyer reviewMY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN WANTING TO PURCHASE LAND FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS NOW. WHEN WE SAW THAT PROPERTIES WERE FOR SALE IN AN AREA WE LIKE , WE GOT IN TOUCH WITH ELSA. SHE WAS SO HELPFUL FROM THE BEGINING, SHOWING US PROPERTIES WE MIGHT LIKE AND GIVING US THE TERMS FROM THE OWNER SIDE. WE HAD SOME ISSUE ON OUR END (MONEY). THIS DID NOT STOP HER FROM CONTINUING TO HELP US. SHE ASKED WHAT WE COULD DO FINANCIALLY , AND PRESENTED THAT TO THE OWNER. THE OWNER AGREED TO THE DEAL. WE KNOW ARE PAYING OFF THE PROPERTY AND HOPE TO BUILD OUR RETIREMENT HOME THERE SOON.
