As a first time seller, we were nervous about the process but Emily made it easy for us. She was very knowedgeable, kind, and always willing to help in anyway possible whether it be a question we had or finding a vendor to fix something at our property. She made herself available to me anytime I needed, always eager to help. I would absolutely recommend Emily DiMaio to anyone for any and all real estate needs! 10 out of 10 stars!

Buyer reviewI was connected with Emily via Zillow when I signed up to schedule a viewing of a house. She reached out right away, however, was not pushy or annoying. She was flexible and understanding of my military schedule because she is a military spouse. When we met, we immediately hit it off. I felt very comfortable and welcomed by her presence. She was easy to talk to. She listened to my needs/wants, gave good feedback, and gave excellent recommendations of folks to use. She is very knowledgeable of local businesses to use, she would give atleast 2-3 recommendations and then I ultimately chose who to use. I think she went above and beyond when I needed help communicating with the lender and inspector and she became the middle woman and got the docs for the lender. Emily was super fast, stayed on top of everything, and reminded me of my tasks, which was helpful. She was so fast and on top of things that we closed the deal on the house in a month.
