She went above and beyond our expectations and she was so detailed and informative every step of the way. To give her extra credit, she did all of this in the final term of her pregnancy! Her work ethic and compassion can't be measured on a standard scale, she is simply an amazing person and agent. Anyone should feel lucky and comforted knowing you have Emma at your side. Through the whole process she was there to answer ANY question, provide a good laugh and made the whole process truly enjoyable. Communication doesn't stop when you get the keys. Emma is their to support you for any questions you may have after you turn the keys into your new home. We were so thankful to have Emma by our side throughout the home buying process.

Buyer reviewWhen my husband and I found Emma, we found a partner to go through this crazy journey of being first time home buyers. We didn't have any clue where to start, what came during the middle and how the ending would conclude. What we did come to learn was that Emma would be there with us through each step. She was extremely patient and gracious when it came to answering my crazy questions, and never made me feel insecure about my not knowing. To say that Emma went above and beyond is very understated. She even won over the heart of our two year old son who still talks about wanting to go see "the lady." On the days leading up to our closing, I found myself feeling excited that we would soon be home owners but sad that our journey with Emma would be ending. After our closing, hugging Emma goodbye and thanking her, felt like we were saying goodbye to a new dear friend. We will miss talking with her frequently but we will be grateful for her taking this journey with us.
