Buyer reviewSaw the sign. Placed a call. Eric met us the next day (a Friday) & signed an agreement which he presented to the seller that evening. Seller accepted the terms. We put a deposit down on Monday & everything proceeded quickly without any problems. Smooth sailing all the way. We would definitely recommend Eric to family & friends.
