Personal Profile

Eric has lived in the Siouxland area his entire life. Born and raised on a farm in rural Westfield, Iowa, he has lived in Dakota Dunes the past several years. Eric graduated from the University of South Dakota where he received a Bachelor of Education degree and he has completed graduate work at Morningside College. He was an educator in the Community Schools for many years.

Had suggestions from family members to use "their guy." But we said no thank you ! Chose Eric because he helped us before and he went above and beyond for us! Very professional, honest and decent to talk to! Many real estate agents are all about the sale, their ego and blowing a lot of hot air. Not Eric. Easy to talk to! Very down to earth!
