Buyer reviewWe started our home search long distance( from Chicago). We let Eric know what we were looking for, along with the general area and communities. Eric sent us listings on a regular basis and they were what we were looking for. By the time we arrived in Florida, Eric had it narrowed down to what he felt we would like. He did not waste our time( or his) going to places that were not what we wanted. Having moved a number of times, we have dealt with many realtors and Eric is heads and shoulders above all of them. He is honest and has a high degree of integrity and is someone I would trust and recommend to anyone. He made the process seamless and stress free!
