He negotiated well on our behalf and was very accessible and responsive. We bought our condo virtually which is something I never thought I would do. (I consider myself to be a cautious person.) Eric gave us a virtual tour over face time so we had more information that we would have had with only the stock virtual tour and listing photos. He also gave us face time tours at the time of the home inspection and final walk-through. Eric felt like a friend throughout the process.
