Eric was incredibly professional and patient, recording detailed videos that showcased the home's strengths and weaknesses from every angle, which gave me confidence in making my decision. Despite the time difference, he worked tirelessly, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate my needs. After the house was successfully closed, Eric even helped me find professionals to take care of the necessary repairs, making the process smooth and stress-free. He is very knowledgeable about the Prattville housing market.
