I met Eric while helping a friend move into his new home, which Eric was the realtor. My first impression of Eric was an extremely polite, respectful, educated person. A few short months later I was ready to start looking for my home. My friend who used Eric to buy his home, gave me a recommendation to use Eric. Now, my friend can be very stubborn at times, so if he was please with Eric, I knew he would be fine to use. Right away Eric started searching for homes in the area, with what I was looking for. In less than a week, and only the second house we looked at I was ready to put an offer in. Eric knew everything I was looking for in a house, and he delivered. Throughout the entire closing process, he was there helping me, pointing me in the right direction, explaining things out in detail, and keeping things moving. The closing moved along extremely well, with ZERO headaches. I contribute a lot of that to Eric. After closing, I have to say Eric turned into a friend instead of my realtor. I am extremely happy I decided to call Eric and use him throughout this process. I am not sure I would be in my dream home if it wasn't for him.
