Buyer reviewWhen We met Eric I wasn't sure he was the guy for us due to his experience and age. We decided to give him a chance to prove he could do the job and boy did he. We were in Bemidji for a week after out cruise and he found us a house and then we had to go back to Texas. Eric did everything by e-mail and phone and was able to negotiate a price for us and a closing that worked with our time line. We would definitely recommend Eric for anyone looking to buy in Bemidji.
