Seller reviewWe were randomly matched with Erica on Realtor.com when searching for our first home. She was so patient with us and guided us through the process, was always willing to answer questions or go back through something. When an opportunity came up to sell our home a year ago, she answered questions and discussed options with us. That didn't work out but another opportunity did and we knew we were going to work with Erica to sell our home. She helped us make renovation decision, again answered all of our questions, and guided us through the process and even sold the home over asking. She is wonderfully knowledgeable, cares for her clients, works quickly and efficiently, and has become a friend!

It was peace of mind knowing we had someone knowledgeable, trust worthy, and considerate of all the wants and needs for our future location. At the time she was helping us, she was pregnant with her second little one and that didn't stop her from being with us nearly every step of the way. We all sat down and talked about what we'd like for the area, neighborhood, and planned for the future. She sent us new listings all the time that supported what we were looking for and was always willing to meet up so we could see the houses up close.
