Ericka went out of her way multiple times to ensure my wife and I had all of our questions or concerns answered. In the end we bought the home we wanted, in the location we wanted, and at the price we wanted. At no time did Ericka show us a home outside of our price range trying to entice a higher purchase price for us and elevated commission for her. Extremely knowledgable about the area and loves her clients!! I hope to work with her again soon.
