As a long-time resident of Eastern North Carolina, I am an expert on the area and the market. My family has been in Eastern, NC since 2003. We are so glad to be back in the area I called home as child. My husband Greg and I have two children. After a stint in the Army and an amazing career in television, he came to East Carolina University to work in college athletics. We both agree that Eastern North Carolina is an amazing place to call home!

Erin is very knowledgeable not only about the "rules" for selling a house, but understands how to make the right moves to get the most money with the easiest path. I feel like she did a lot of the legwork and I just reaped the benefits. She always kept me abreast of the progress, but didn't bog me with every detail. Erin kept me informed of the details of the sale, but handled the day to day on her own. Early on we received and accepted an offer that was later withdrawn. She was most helpful in this process. After that we received some lower offers, but were able to work with Erin until shortly we received a higher offer than the withdrawn one.
