Buyer reviewWe really enjoyed having Erin Mcdonald as our realtor. She was very open and honest throughout the whole process. It was really nice how she helped us see ourselves in each house and if it would work for our family. She worked with our crazy schedules and desire to see listings last minute. She even made herself available on the day of Thanksgiving for a home viewing! We would use her as a realtor again in the future!

Erin was honest and worked hard to find what we were looking for while living out of state. We trusted Erin with our home search hundreds of miles away. My husband being active duty, we move a lot! Buying a temporary home is a big responsibility when a short term commitment due to high turnover and market changes. I trusted Erin in her search as she showed genuine interest and commitment toward our values in a home. I am so grateful for Erin and all her hard work. We wouldn't be in our beautiful home in the short time that we had without her. The team who backed Erin were incredible and I would highly recommend 21st Century and Erin to family and friends in search of a home.

Seller reviewOur realtor, Erin McDonald, was very helpful and informative beginning from the market analysis, discussing and comparing the listing price options, and offering suggestions on staging the property for listing pictures. I think this was crucial to the amount of internet and open house traffic our listing received. We listed with Erin in August in hopes of selling the property within 6 months and she she sold it in 3 months. What more do I need to say other than how impressed I am with her market knowledge, professionalism, and work ethic. I have never met a nicer real,estate agent than Erin. Erin answered all my questions quickly and accurately. She explained all documents and I felt confident that her knowledge and expertise. I am very pleased with my selling experience with Erin as my real estate agent. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Erin to family and friends.
