We had our house listed with another agent for eight months. two sales fell through. the second due to problems with the house but this agent was not very aggressive. My lawyer recommended Erin Mancino. I talked to Erin and she seemed very aggressive and good. In less than a week she had the house sold. I wish I had more houses for her to sell! I will recommend her to anyone I can.
