From the rugged coast of Maine to upstate New York, from Pennsylvania to the Virgin Islands, and more recently to the mountains of Wyoming and Idaho - she's proud to say that beautiful Silver City ranks at the top of that list. She loves living here, and is honored to represent the number one real estate brokerage in southwest New Mexico, working with the most exceptional team imaginable.

Buyer reviewMy husband and I spent several months looking for a home in the Silver City area, and thanks to Erin's help we bought the PERFECT place for us! We started our search with a passion for the area but limited local knowledge; Erin quickly got a good sense of what we were searching for, and was a fantastic resource for all of our random questions along the way. Communication was prompt and clear, and she was always available to help, even as we continued to search from several hundred miles away. When our ideal spot popped up she went over right away to do a video walk-through with us so we could get an offer in quickly. She gave us excellent advice about price negotiations and guided us through all the paperwork/logistics with ease. To top it off, she's just a lovely human and a pleasure to be around. We feel so lucky to have found Erin, and we love our new home!

Buyer reviewWe found a home that we liked with Erin Palmer's sign in the yard. In addition to Erin showing us this home, we asked to be shown homes that were within walking distance of downtown. She listened to our needs. As we were working to secure our new home, she gave us a list of inspectors, electricians, and gutter installation contractors. She assisted us in getting all of our information to the loan company. Following up with calls and emails to our loan officer when there was a delay. She was very familiar with our neighborhood and was able to introduce us to neighbors who we are now friends with. Erin's honesty and integrity is beyond reproach. She understood that is was a delicate situation, priced the property perfectly based on other sales in the area, found a buyer in less than a week of listing the property, and was communicative throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond the entire time, helping me to move things, checking on the house, and making sure I understood each step. After the sale, knowing the emotional connection that I had with the house and how difficult of a decision it was to sell it, she has been kind enough to send me progress pictures and keep me updated. I have nothing but kind things to say about her as both a person and a professional, and am incredibly grateful that I got to work with her.
