From the rugged coast of Maine to upstate New York, from Pennsylvania to the Virgin Islands, and more recently to the mountains of Wyoming and Idaho - she's proud to say that beautiful Silver City ranks at the top of that list. She loves living here, and is honored to represent the number one real estate brokerage in southwest New Mexico, working with the most exceptional team imaginable.

Buyer reviewErin was referred to us by a friend of a friend. We contacted her a couple weeks before coming to Silver City to share with her our needs in a new home. We told her we wanted to purchase a house within a month. We gave her a list of 5 houses we had been watching on line for several months. Even before we had an agent's contract with her she scouted some of the houses for us. We arrived in Silver City on December 7th. Met with Erin on December 9th. Looked at a few houses. Chose the one we wanted and put an offer that same afternoon. She called us the following morning to tell us our offer had been accepted. We set a tentative closing date for Jan. 4. Erin guided us through the steps, due diligence, title search, etc. every puzzle piece fell into place in such a timely manner that we were able to close on December 27th, 17 days after our contract was accepted! We were elated to have bought a new home within the timeframe we specified thanks to Erin's expertise. We recommend Erin highly

We started our search with a passion for the area but limited local knowledge; Erin quickly got a good sense of what we were searching for, and was a fantastic resource for all of our random questions along the way. Communication was prompt and clear, and she was always available to help, even as we continued to search from several hundred miles away. When our ideal spot popped up she went over right away to do a video walk-through with us so we could get an offer in quickly. She gave us excellent advice about price negotiations and guided us through all the paperwork/logistics with ease. To top it off, she's just a lovely human and a pleasure to be around. We feel so lucky to have found Erin, and we love our new home!
